To begin, cleanse and massage your skin with Clinique Take The Day Off cleansing milk. Then rinse with Bioderma Crealine TS H20 Micelle Solution or Avéne Thermal Spring water.

Moisturize with Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré. Elizabeth Arden Eight hour nourishing Lip Balm SPF 20 is great on the lips and also to keep the brows in place. Use MAC Mixing Medium Matte on the T-zone to control the shine, followed by MAC Mixing Medium Face and Body for a fresh moist look. Apply POREfessional by Benefit to minimise the appearance of pores and fine lines if needed.

Apply sheer coverage foundation like MAC Face and Body, which is water resistant and long lasting. Then conceal undereye circles using a corrector: peach if the circles are blue; yellow if they are purple, and pink if they are grey, followed by foundation in the tone of skin. Cover spots or discoloration without overdoing it, we’re going for a natural look, some imperfections are nice!

Highlight cheekbones and browbones with Illamasqua Gleam. On model Noel, Virginia used Aurora but there are three shades you can choose from depending on your skin tone. Lightly contour the cheekbones with MAC Paintpot in Groundwork.

Brush the eyebrows upward, define them and fill any gaps using Suqqu Eyebrow Liquid pen, Noel is wearing it in Moss Green. Add individual lashes for a flirty but still natural look, Virginia applied Ardell Knot-free individuals

Add lipstick for a super quick day-to-night look. Noel is wearing MAC lipstick in Craving.

Add some colour to cheeks and lips with Illamasqua Cream Blusher, Noel is wearing it in Laid. Use a matching eye shadow (or the same blush) on the crease of the eyes. Be generous with the mascara.

If you prefer to enhance the eyes, use a plum cream shadow like MakeUp For Ever Aqua Cream in number 17. For a super simple smokey look, start applying a wash-off colour all over the eyelids, blending upwards then intensifying it towards the outer corner in a V shape bringing a little bit of colour to the lower lid as well.

Virginia has highlighted the corner of the eye and the top lid (just behind the lashes) with MakeUp For Ever Aqua Cream in 16. Keep the lips pretty and natural with tinted balm.
